We are supporting our client, based in Farnham, who have an opportunity to join them as a Systems and Operations administrator



The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of the Client’s Credit Services’ loan management system and stakeholder reporting; acting as the key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring both new development and ongoing maintenance of the system.



The successful candidate will have experience of administering CRM software, a specific knowledge of a Loan Management software would be ideal. You will also have exposure to working in a first line support function with experience of SQL reporting.



Principal Responsibilities

General day-to-day management of the internal loan management system, involving close liaison with the external provider, internal users and the Credit Services Management team

Respond to first-lines queries from internal staff regarding issues with the system, providing bug fixes where possible or escalating to the external provider where necessary

Work closely with Management team regarding new development requirements for the system, creating technical specifications for the external provider and project managing the development through to completion

Create bespoke management reports when requested using SQL Reporting

Formulate, suggest and implement improved operational processes and procedures in relation to the internal system

Prepare and deliver training documentation for the system where necessary

Provide additional administrative support to aid the daily business operations



Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential:

Experience of administering a Loan Management/CRM software

Experience of working in a support helpdesk or first line support environment

Proficient in the use of SQL Reporting and database queries

Excellent communication skills

Ability to understand business needs and provide solutions

Proven ability to work equally well alone or in a team

Good prioritisation, administration and time-management skills

Strong self-motivation and drive to meet KPIs and targets



Desirable:

Experience of working in the financial industry

Advanced knowledge of excel (including complex formulae and macro’s)
