Junior Salesforce Administrator – London (Zone 1) – 30-35k

We are delighted to be recruiting for our growing Fintech client based in London who are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join their team.

You will be keen to work for an exciting and growing Fintech business and be part of a dynamic business led by an experienced and motivated team who inspire their employees.

Working within the Business Change team, the role will report to the Salesforce Technical Analyst.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is technically minded, process driven and keen to be part of a fast-growing financial technology startup. You will be joining the business at a really exciting time of rapid growth, working alongside motivated and talented people who are passionate about what they do.

Principally, you will be supporting the Salesforce Technical Analyst to deliver innovation and improvements to their CRM which support their internal teams to deliver a first class customer experience, and help the business to scale.



  • Provide first level support of Salesforce Lightning across the company; logging and tracking identified system issues through to resolution

  • Contribute to company wide projects and process improvement initiatives

  • Undertake operational changes, for example changes to record owners or role changes

  • Manage Salesforce and Pardot data synchronization

  • Deliver training to new and existing users in relation to new features and functionality

  • Manage user accounts and 3rd party apps

  • Be responsible for the ongoing clean-up of existing customer records

  • Identify and merge duplicate records

  • Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies

Previous experience we would like to see:

  • Proven Salesforce experience (ideally including Lightning experience)

  • Project management skills and demonstrable experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Strong diagnostic, analytical and problem solving skills; experience using data to drive decision making
