Account Manager (Data) - Bracknell - £21k rising to £23k + Excellent Benefits
We are recruiting for our Global client for candidates looking for a step into the exciting Big Data / Market Insights sector.
This is an ideal role for a candidate with some strong data coding, administration and excel skills along with confident communication - able to manage stakeholder relationships and meet deadlines.
These opportunities are suitable for Graduates or less experienced candidates with strong Excel skills looking for a first step and an opportunity to work within a commercial environment for a global organisation.
Candidates must have EXCELLENT attention to detail, strong inputting skills to code accurately and work with data / spot discrepancies and anomalies. Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage (VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.)

Main role responsibilities:
Management of all aspects of contracted client deliverables; ensuring flawless quality on time:
Updating and delivering all contracted databases to agreed deadlines
Updating and delivering all contracted reports on time and aligned to databases
Resolving any data issues
Supporting clients with Temple software queries
Effectively builds relationships with external clients and internal teams, particularly Solutions& Innovation, Coding and Retail teams to ensure client deliverables and queries are dealt with in a timely effective manner
Manages and updates required status reports, client scorecards and dashboards
Proactively identifies initiatives to improve quality and efficiency by applying the best practice for database and reports set-up
Participates, leads and presents in both internal and external client meetings
Escalates risks and relevant course of action as required to senior management
Pushes back appropriately where client/commercial team demands do not comply with standard operating procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
Ideally some relevant experience of working with complex databases and experienced in using bespoke reporting tools to generate custom reporting.Full training will be provided
Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision making skills
Strong presence with the confidence to present, influence and motivate
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex and conflicting client requirements alongsidemultiple tasks and projects
Flawless communication and interpersonal skills; a high standard of both written and spoken English
Ability to interact with virtual teams and strong cultural awareness
Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel
Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills and consistently solutions focused
