Facilities Co-ordinator - £24k - £28k - Egham
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator for our Global client based in Egham.
This role will be working as part of a small facilities team of 3 with the objective of facilitating and supporting the operation and maintenance of the EMEA Head Quarters and other UK locations as required.
Specifically this role will oversee the smooth operation and running of the Post Room team as well as providing cover to Reception for breaks.
Ideally we are seeking a candidate with some previous Facilities Support experience but this role won’t be suited to a candidate looking for a step quickly into a Facilities Management or Supervisory role due to the structure of the team.
You may be a coordinator or administrator who has had some exposure to these areas or an office manager with some facilities responsibilities looking to work in a more specific facilities role.
You will be working as part of a small, supportive and friendly team who sit within a larger business environment.
One of the other key areas of responsibilities will be to source quotes on maintenance work when contracts are up for renewal to ensure that the company are receiving services at a competitive price and that the terms of the supplier are agreeable.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8-5pm and Fridays 8-4.30. This isn’t negotiable so candidates must be able to work these hours.
