Customer Support and Operations Executive - £18k - £22k DOE



We are delighted to be recruiting for our client for a new position within an exciting and growing start up business.



The company launched this year and have already moved to a larger facility in Slough to accommodate their growing demand.



The company support their e-commerce clients who are selling products online, with storage, dispatch, packaging, product orders and delivery. 



They have a fantastic Inventory Management system in place and are business is growing on a weekly basis.



Working for a start up business the successful candidate will need to display a flexible approach and attitude to work and tasks and be a real team player.



You may be excited by working for a growing business and acknowledge the opportunities this could bring as the business grows. 



Main tasks of the role initially will be to support the business by managing queries and emails coming in from Customers in regards to their orders. This may be about a return or a faulty product or a similar enquiry and you will provide an excellent service and response time to these queries to maintain a high level of service to the customer. 



You will be working on the computer and the inventory management system to update information and answering phone calls and online chats / media messages effectively.



When the office isn’t busy you will be required to help out with the packaging and dispatch of products. They work with some high end customers so packaging and quality needs to be high quality and accurate.



You will enjoy working within a fast paced environment with the consumer always at the forefront of why you’re doing what you’re doing, you will need to have an engaging phone manner, be able to think on your feet, solve problems using your own initiative and be able to ask for help when you need it. 



There will be no heavy work involved in regards to the warehouse side so this role is suitable for most applicants.



Working hours are 7.30am – 4.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
