Business Operations Support Analyst – Woking  - £25- £32k

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Support Analyst to join a highly successful company based in Woking.

You will be supporting the business’ IT infrastructure, CRM System and Reporting procedures using Excel and data visualisation tools and dashboards. Training will be provided to ensure you become an expert in these but advanced Excel skills will be essential initially. You will develop strong relationships not only with IT suppliers but other operational suppliers across the business.

The successful candidate will have an analytical mind, strong commercial business acumen with an interest or understanding of business operations and processes, with excellent communication skills.

You must have advanced IT Skills particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables)

Additionally you will support the MD with general day to day operations of the business, such as liaising with the office landlord, building maintenance, office supplies, updating and maintaining company website and Linked In pages.


  • Producing dashboards based on analysis to display findings and track performance

  • Developing, running and collating reports on demand from senior business owners

  • Manage HR software

  • Use abstract thinking and problem-solving skills to identify commercial opportunities and pinpoint problems

  • Report on historical facts and KPIs

  • Ensure GDPR compliance

  • Monitor and audit user system usage

  • Work with business process owners to improve business processes

  • Support any system implementation or upgrades for the operational & planning processes

  • Attend meetings as required and to provide comprehensive updates for manager and supply chain team

  • Assist in implementing new structure and procedures

  • Training new staff on IT and CRM system.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in an operations role.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Microsoft Office - particularly Advanced Excel (essential)

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.

  • Methodical and detail orientated.
