Client Services Manager  - £30k + £4,400 car allowance + bonus and excellent benefits - Bracknell

Do you have experience leading and managing a team of up to 10 who are responsible for delivering a service to clients or customers?

If so we are keen to hear from you regarding this fantastic opportunity we have available with our reputable client based in Bracknell.

Our client are a leading business working within the growing Data market. They deliver consultancy, data and reporting services to FMCG clients to help them improve results in their business and make critical deciscions.

This role is responsible for managing a team of 6 to 10 Client Service Executives who work within the operations side of the business and who are responsible for delivering agreed regular reporting and handling queries on these reports to customers.

If you have experience working in Data or some kind of similar sector in insights, research etc. then this would be of interest - but what is more essential is that you have experience managing a team. Leading and motivating, handling escalations and ensuring that agreed services are delivered on time and within SLA's to clients. 

You may have some experience managing process improvements and ensuring quality to customers in your role. 

Your role will be autonomous and you will be client driven working with the client teams to improve processes, implement change and ensure quality of data.

Flawless planning, proactive communication, quality and timeliness are essential to ensure the high level of client satisfaction.

Your role involves:

  • Understand the financial implication of not delivering the agreed services to clients.

  • Participates, leads and presents in client meetings when required.

  • Working with client teams with some leadership to achieve company, division, team and personal objectives.

  • Prioritises and delegate to ensure all tasks are completed on time and correct.

  • Solutions focused, identify issues and appropriate remedial actions following root cause analysis.

  • Escalates to senior management risks and relevant course of action as required.

  • Manages and updates required measurement & status reports.

  • Experience in people / team management.

  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and delegation skills.

  • Strong numeracy and excellent problem solving skills and consistently solutions focussed.

  • Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and across departments.

  • High quality of written and spoken English.

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of change management.
