Assistant Centre Manager (Leisure / Retail) - £25k - £27k + £2k Bonus + Benefits - North Guildford Outskirts
We are recruiting for our client who run a well established and reputable leisure facility for families on the outskirts of Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, outgoing and friendly person to join the team as an Assistant Manager.
This is not an office based role and is very much a hands on position where the candidate will be required to get involved in all areas of running the facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their management experience.
The successful candidate will be required to manage all staff and operations in the absence of the Manager, ensuring the provision of a safe environment where families experience exceeds their expectations.
You will ensure that all health and safety legislation, codes of practice and operating procedures are complied with at all times. You will have a firm but fair management style and be comfortable with managing a group of co-workers between 5 and 10 people.
This is a hands-on leadership role which requires strong people management skills and at least 3 years supervisory /-management experience.
You may have had experience managing a retail or leisure facility or similar.

This is a full time role. Candidates will be working 5 days per week including one weekend day with the other day off in the week.
Working hours usually cover between 9am and 6pm.
