GRADUATE ROLE - Sales Account Manager (IT / Software Sector) - Bracknell - £20k - £25k + £10k OTE Year 1 + Benefits



We are recruiting for a Global organisation who are rapidly establishing themselves in EMEA providing platform-enabled vendor funded marketing solutions to clients.



This role is suitable for GRADUATES looking for a step into the IT and Software sector or candidates with 1-3 years sales experience looking for their next step.



This is an ideal role for a GRADUATE who is a sales professional, self-starting, passionate, tenacious with the ambition to grow with the business.



You will be a natural communicator, who can demonstrate a strong track record of achievement and who enjoys working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and exciting environment.



You would be joining a relatively new but growing team of likeminded individuals, working with Global IT brands marketing to end users through channel re-sellers. 



Candidates must have EXCELLENT attention to detail, You will possess excellent remote selling skills across phone, email and have a great attitude and approach displaying strong commercial understanding and business acumen.              



You will have client satisfaction at the heart of all you do - ensuring acquisition targets are hit while at the same time gathering valuable feedback and insight from your partner engagement. Reporting to management on campaign progress and success.



You will be working within a small driven and successful team with guidance and strong leadership from management who thrive on developing individuals and like to empower employees to achieve.



An excellent sense of humour will be essential and this role will suit candidates who enjoy responsibility and an environment where your input really impacts the business. 

Training will be provided.





Skills and attributes:




  • Proven sales ability including the establishment of new relationships

  • Exceptional verbal and written communications and research skills. Communicate clearly and concisely varying style to audience

  • Evidence of working to and exceeding commercial targets and objectives

  • Professional and confident manner at all times

  • Experience of working to deadlines

  • Experience of IT Sales / Channel Sales (preferred but not essential)

  • Graduate calibre preferred

  • Competent working knowledge of Google, M'soft and IT applications
