Customer Service and Subscriptions Executive – Farnham - £23k + Qtr bonus – Permanent 



We Work Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for our client based in Farnham for a Customer Service and Subscriptions Executive on a permanent basis.



This role will be working as part of a new subscriptions team, and this role as Customer Service Advisor is to act as a central point of contact for all subscription enquiries. 



The role will provide both new and existing customers with excellent and seamless customer service, upselling and retaining customers using top level communication and soft sales skills and enhanced product knowledge. 



Vital to the launch of the new subscription’s product within the market, the position will play an active part in the roll-out of the product across the business, focusing on upselling and retaining business within the Customer Service team. 



Whilst your primarily focus will be on the Subscriptions product, the role will also work as part of the wider Customer Service team and so will additionally be responsible for responding to and resolving general customer queries across the range of business outsourcing solutions.



This would be the ideal role for a candidate with around 2 years customer service or sales experience seeking to develop their career into a Senior Customer Service Executive launching this new service.

This would be an fantastic opportunity for someone who loves talking with customers on the phones and providing a great first line ambassador for this new product and service.



This role is not a COLD CALLING sales role and you will be responding to customer enquiries.



The role is offered with an attractive base salary and a QTR bonus which will be approx. £500 so adding an extra £2000 + per annum. 



Experience:




  • Previous experience of working with subscriptions or renewals in an environment where you have been required to overcome objections and turn customers into advocates would be advantageous

  • Experience of working in a high-volume sales support / soft sale / upselling environment, as a senior member of the team 

  • Background in a high pressure, customer facing environment, with the ability to maintain an extremely high level of customer service 

  • Demonstrable experience of working to daily, weekly, monthly, and team targets 

  • Excellent communication skills to describe products and services to customers with key features and benefits

  • Strong problem solving, questioning/listening and conversational skills, with a resilient and upbeat personality
