SaaS Account Manager – Manchester - £35k - £45k + £30% Bonus

Location is North of Manchester 12 minutes by train from Central Manchester and commutable by car within 30 minutes

We are delighted to be recruiting for this exciting new opportunity with our client who are a SaaS provider within a growing technical market. 

This position will be working as an Account Manager to review and renew existing accounts with blue chip and corporate companies who are using their unique SaaS solutions. 

You will be working with your clients, building and enhancing relationships to review account performance and make recommendations on renewals and sell enhance features and services.

Majority of your work will be phone based but there will be meetings with the larger customers as required across EMEA. 

We are seeking a candidate who has worked with SaaS technical products and solutions but we are open to what this may be.

Most important is the experience working with Blue Chip customers and your approach and attitude.

Your role will be working as a dedicated Account Manager to review and renew blue chip clients. You will be working closely with the Sales Teams with some FANTASTIC customers

What You Will Be Doing?

Overall responsibility for the revenue target for a specific group of customers. You will be responsible for managing the renewals, upgrade and cross-sell performance of assigned customer revenue in region while maintaining a level of engagement with re-seller partners to achieve personal revenue goals.

  • Drive activity through Customer Meetings to ensure that the top of the funnel is healthy and existing customers are raving fans

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with consistent coverage for future quota achievement

  • Working to reinforce the company as brand of choice in the region

A bit about the successful candidate for this role:

  • Strong sales and account management experience and capability (SaaS essential)

  • Can demonstrate personal ownership of goals

  • Able to maintain strong customer records and detailed plans

  • Drive consistency in systems and processes

  • An understanding of the channel landscape

  • Strong negotiator

  • Ability to work strongly with a local and a global team
