Evening Customer Service Advisor - Camberley - £10.51ph



We are currently seeking an experienced Evening Customer Service Advisor for our client in Camberley to join their expanding Customer Support team.



This role would suit someone with excellent customer service skills, an engaging telephone manner who is target and results driven.



Duties:




  • Taking in-bound calls from prospective customers, establishing needs and requirements and finding the right solution for their requirements and gaining them as a customer.

  • Support existing customers and provide excellent customer service, always going the extra mile to improve and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Work independently and as a team to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Keep up to date on policies and procedures to ensure a knowledgeable and expert service is provided at all times.

  • Assisting customers using a web based live chat service.



About you:




  • Excellent telephone manner, experience delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent I.T. skills: Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.

  • Administrative / date entry experience.

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise.

  • Experience of working to targets.

  • Experience in live chat support is a bonus!



Hours




  • The hours are 17 ½ per week.

  • Shifts will be between the hours of 4:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday only.
