We Work Recruitment are working with a fantastic client, based in Aldershot, who have an exciting opportunity for a Media Operations Executive to work in the Media Operations department, the central hub of the business!

This role could be perfect for an ambitious Graduate or someone with some relevant experience who is looking looking to join an exciting and growing business.

Our client provides media campaigns for national brands and their media agencies, as well as for local businesses through print, digital and ambient/experiential media at its networks of health clubs, shopping malls, leisure centres, playhouses, cinemas, golf clubs and schools.

The successful candidate will work closely with Head of Operations and provide support and assistance to the Media Sales Team, liaising with external clients to ensure successful delivery of advertising campaigns.

The objectives of Media Operations Executive are;

To develop and maintain relationships with network venues that ensure their co-operation in hosting campaign media.

Posts campaigns in the right quantity, and at the correct standard, to the designated venues on time.

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

• Oversee the production & delivery of national advertising campaigns

• Maintain relationship with venues, suppliers and contractors

• Facilitate contract renewals

• Preparation and planning of campaign fulfilment

• Organise campaign artwork production including the review of artwork specifications, production costs, the resolution of issues, venue briefing and approval, client sign-off and final production.

• Provide campaign briefings to venues and chains for their agreement prior to posting.

Knowledge & Skills:


  • Strong Administrative skills

  • A confident telephone manner, with ability to manage customers and occasionally ''sell in'' the benefits of campaigns in a constructive and friendly manner.

  • Familiarity with office IT skills (email, internet, spreadsheets)

  • Personal organisation.

  • Excellent Attention to detail


  • Experience of customer relationship management

  • Familiarity with databases

  • Experience of the media industry

  • Additional knowledge of basic art working skills
