Customer Service Executive (Travel) - Surbiton - £25k + excellent benefits
We are seeking candidates with exceptional Customer Service skills and experience who are passionate about the Travel sector!!!
Perhaps you have taken a gap year out to travel, already be experienced in working in this sector or be a seasoned adventure traveller looking to work within this sector?
If so and you have excellent customer service and strong written English skills then we want to hear from you!
We have a fantastic opportunity to work within an experienced travel group and to make a difference to their customer experiences.
Whilst they pride themselves on low numbers of complaints of course they have to manage customer feedback and handle any issues as they arise to improve and ensure a quick response time to customers.
You will be working within a team of Customer Service experts who work with other teams within the business to analyse and investigate issues arising from customer feedback before responding to clients in writing.
This is not a role that is all phone based. You will be conducting investigations into issues raised with input from partners, tour leaders and other relevant departments .
Your response to complaints will be by letter within our targeted time limit so written skills and strong grammar is essential. You will have a minimum of Grade C in English to apply.
In order to improve the services the business offers, your role will also be to suggest actions to prevent future concerns being raised.
